Its uses are varied, though it is said to help relieve symptoms of the common cold, anxiety, inflammation, headaches, and depression. // To use: place the tip of the Palo Santo on a flame or light until it catches fire. Hold the wood downward at a 45-degree angle and let burn for 30 seconds before blowing the flame out. Place in a heatproof dish to burn. Do not leave burning and unattended.
