Shipping Policy

Local Delivery
We offer local delivery within Juneau, Alaska. Delivery hours are 12 PM – 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before 12 PM. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on distance.

In-Store Pickup
Orders may be picked up at our studio during business hours:
1200 Glacier Ave Suite 101, Juneau, AK 99801.
Pickup orders are typically ready within 2–4 hours. You will receive an email or text notification when your order is ready.

Shipping
Non-perishable items such as gifts and select merchandise may be shipped within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We are unable to ship fresh flowers, plants, or perishable goods.

Delivery Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or addresses outside of our local delivery area. Please ensure the recipient’s address and contact information are correct to avoid delays.
